Cepa C'alua 2022
Obtained from the Callum variety, it has a unique profile, with a citrus tone, a lively nose with floral and fruity nuances. In the mouth, it is smooth and fresh, with a persistent and harmonious finish.
Cepa C'alua Reserva 2019
Obtained from the Callum variety, it has citrus notes of lemon, with great aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is balanced, with excellent acidity and a long, persistent finish, due to its aging in barrels.

Callum wine was introduced to me by a friend. As a red wine lover, I didn’t have high expectations for a white wine. But how wrong I was! From the first tasting, this wine proved to be an excellent surprise for the palate: fresh and fruity, with a citrus aroma, with body, but, at the same time, smooth and balanced. I became an unconditional fan and always have this wine in my cellar! I have introduced this wine to several people and some have become even bigger fans than me.

I would like to express my appreciation to Sérgio and Domingos for their tireless dedication in recovering the grape variety, achieving certification and brilliant work with the CALLUM D’ OLEIROS brand.
